IFP School was selected to give a presentation at the European EMOOCs 2015 conference - European MOOCs Stakeholders Summit - held at Mons in Belgium from 18 to 20 May 2015.

The presentation, entitled “Learning by Doing: Integrating a Serious Game in a MOOC to promote new skills,” aroused great interest amongst participants and, in particular, the main European universities, who also produce MOOCs.

Integrating a Serious Game in the 1st IFP School MOOC “Sustainable Mobility: Technical and environmental challenges for the automotive sector” (November 2014) is considered to be a real educational and technological innovation in the world of MOOCs. The School is continuing its instructional development with its 2nd MOOC entitled “Oil & Gas: From exploration to distribution”, by inviting the 20 000 participants to play 15 mini interactive assessment games on-line during the 4-week course it is running at present.
