IFP School takes part in an international conference in Italy on educational innovation

Last 16th and 17th March, the 6th edition of the New Perspectives in Science Education congress took place in Florence, Italy. With over 200 participants from 40 countries, this conference brought together world experts to share research and experience in the field of scientific education.

Maria Thirouard, Lecturer in the Centre dedicated to Sustainable mobility at IFP School, presented a paper entitled “The use of flipped classroom and gamification in applied powertrain related programs”. Her presentation showed educational innovation recently developed at IFP School (flipped classrooms, virtual reality, interactive games) and illustrated how their use enables teaching and motivation for the students.
