6th bioethanol event for the Energy and Products program

    October 25, 2017

On 4th October, the students of the Energy and Products program (PRO) participated in the 6th meeting on bioethanol, organized by the Syndicat National des Producteurs d’Alcool Agricole (SNPAA) in the prestigious Hôtel national des Invalides in Paris.

Invited by Nicolas Kurtsoglou, a graduate of the program (PRO 2011) and SNPAA engineer in charge of fuels, the students took part in two round-tables gathering the various stakeholders of this sector (public authorities, commodity producers, fuel distributors, constructors…).

These debates were perfectly in line with the (bio)fuel courses delivered in September and allowed the students to better understand the various challenges of this bioeconomy.

This event also gave the PRO 2017 students the opportunity to exhibit the 6 posters they had prepared within the framework of a project on E20 fuel.
